Using MS Win 98 with Adaptec Easy CD Creator.

When copying files onto a CD and I get the prompt to save layout with a file
extension of

..cl3

If I use the same CD on a computer running Win 2K and a later version of
Adaptec, Roxio or whatever...will it be able to read these files.
