Well I'm speechless too!
here's the info-
1) Buy (whatever) capture card, you don't care which one.
2) Install in PC
3) Install driver
4) connect VCR
5) connect cables
5) Insert tape, press play
6) Set capture codec to uncompressed
7) press record in capture application
8) tape is done, press stop
9) stop recording in capture application
10) load editing application and captured video
11) Edit it.
12) Save it to MPEG2
13) Fire up burning program and make yourself a DVD/SVCR/whatever you
want that your TV set-top player will support
