Hayes 9600 modem DIP switch settings

There are four DIP switches behind the cover. What is their function. Obviously I don't have the
manual

that communicates are 1200 baud (!) that originally used a Smartmodem 1200. I found a couple of 9600
modems in the IT junkpile that I'm trying to use.
