- How do I make the PC to turn off automatically after Windows shut down?
- Posted by M Shafaat on January 28th, 2005
Hi!
I have a 6 year old PC with a motherboard of trade mark "Aopen" model "AX6BC
Pro". In past when I shut down Windows, the PC turned off automatically
without use of the power key. But After I installed Windows XP Pro and maybe
made some other changes, I must use the power key to turn off the PC. I want
to get back the other automatic state where I didn't need to use the power
key.
I have tried to use the BIOS setup and change some parameters without
success. Actually most the parameters in the the BIOS setup are unknown to
me. How can I manage this?
