Are you using water pump(s) or peltier(s)?
A good 350W PSU will do it.
A fair 420W would too.
Shoot for at least 18A on 12V rail from a name-brand PSU
whose rating you can trust. That's providing a little extra
margin though, as a typical 350W might only be 15A. The
longer you want to keep the system running (years), the more
sense it makes to over-spec the PSU. It should not be a
situation where you try to buy the bare minimum wattage
possible to run it.
