No. I'm having problems with hp. Onsite techs are
morons .. not well trained at all. Very hard to purchase
products at a reasonable price directly from them.
They have farmed out their products to Office stores.
They have a huge line of cheap crap that does not
last very long. Their top products are OK, but you
need to buy them from someone else who has
training to support them under warranty. The infighting
at hp is generally a sign of financial problems.
Sounds like top brass is doing a blame job to
cover their A's.
