I have a Biostar motherboard running with a Sempron 3000+ and 512 MB DDR
SDRAM 2100.
Can I buy different speed another 512 MB Memory stick like DDR SDRAM 3200
and put it in to work together with a DDR SDRA 2100?

Yes, but you may have to enter the BIOS and manually enter the memory
timings for your RAM. I've seen some weird instances where a faster stick of
RAM will cause the system to assign some VERY out of spec. timings.
