Scythe Katana "Leaning Tower" cooler vs. Arctic Cooling Copper Silent 3

Both are 300g.

Target System: Athlon XP 2000+ w/ MSI KT3 Ultra ARU board.

I originally wanted to get the Katana, but I read some user comments on
NewEgg about the Katana being difficult to install so I'm looking at
the Arctic Cooling one as an alternative.
