"comon" modern boards have ISA slots. The other is the PCI video card isn't
anywhere near what even a cheap AGP card can do. I suppose you could hack a
micro ATX board into an AT case but the cooling would be an issue. Unless
you're looking to build a "stealth" box, I would bother.
