Strange the lack of widespread info on this. Ive since tracked down
more and more articles. Sapphire, Infotek, Gigabyte, TUL etc are all
planning cards. In fact I found some posts who have it already.
And DUHHHHH.........see that its selling at NEWEGG for $79 already in
stock the sapphire version.
The feedback from the poster at one site seems to be mixed at best. No
startling improvement. The one review at newegg seems to be - if you
dont have a hardware encoder card get it but if you do dont bother
upgrading to it. Sounds lukewarm at best but then he also states its
"40%" better than the e-home wonder card. That card sites say uses the
same chip as the Hauppauge 150.
So the conflicting feedback seems to be - its much better buts its NOT
much better than the other cards. Hmmmmm.
