Hi,

Anyone with this monitor that have problems with the Arm?. Last days
the panel don't stay at his highest position. I can't see were can I
manipulate to force that it stay were I leave it. I think in a few days
the panel will drop until the table :-(

If there are springs inside the arm, they may have become weak.
Or, if there is a friction arrangement of some sort, it would
need an adjustment to maintain the right pressure.

If there is a Samsung service center in your area, see if you
can order just the "stand" as a replacement part.
