SATA II Drives

I have seen the Samsung SATA II drives. For M/B's with SATA, (like my ASUS
P4C800) how will a SATA II drive work? Will the through put be better?

You HAVE to use a newer motherboard that contains an SATA II controller.
Your motherboard contains only an SATA I controller, so it will not work.

Of course it will work, it just won't take advantage of SATA II's
