- Slave drive unreadable

Have a Maxtor 120 gig HD as backup...it shows up in bios and My
Computer. Checking properties shows it full with 0 space available and
the file system as RAW. If I try to open it i get [E:/is not
accessible .....the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable]
I downloaded VirtualLab, a data recovery program, ran it and they could
get at 100% of my files, they show up just as the were on the hard
drive. Am I screwed? Will I have to pay them the $180 they want to
get at the files?

Have you tried accessing it in DOS? If it was formatted as NTFS, you
can use a free program called NTFS4DOS.
