Hi Folks,

One of my students has a Sony VAIO computer (PCV -RS420) and wants to
find motherboard info so she can do upgrades. When she requested the
info from Sony, they send an e-mail back stating this documentation
was unpublished and unavailable (!)

She has done some general searching on the net with no results.

Anyone know of a source? If not, suggestions (besides the dumpster)?

Also go to Crucial.com and get specs on the memory needed, since
that's the only thing she'll be able to upgrade on the mobo.
