- Strange behavior of my PC

Hello guys
From some days i have a really strange behavior of my PC.
I f ,from Start ,i want to switch off the PC i don't have any kind of
problem,but i i click on "switch off and restart " ,when i reboot the system
,the Bios don't find the HD and i need ti manually switch off the computer.
I re-boot another time,and i have a Bios window tha it indicate that the
speed of the CPU wasn't correct.
I need to restart manually another time and at the end the PC is booting
correctly .
I try so many things but i can' solve this problem:
Someone can help me?

Try to replace your MB battery.

Exactly - Swap the battery - your BIOS memory depends on it to keep track of
your settings. If the battery gets weak, the BIOS forgets all your
settings.
