really doesn't do much except shut down the computer after a short time
delay when the mains fail. Isn't it doing that for you? When used with one
of the "Smart" UPS units the sofware needs to be a bit more sophisticated
about what it does but after years of using it I haven't seen anything
lacking in PowerChute software when used with either sort of UPS.
