- USB to RS232 in DOS
- Posted by Uncle Milty on December 4th, 2004
We've got a DOS specific application that requires multiple serial
port interaction to external hardware. We run the application from a
laptop which currently has only one serial port and a PCMCIA card that
adds an additional. We'd love to be able to free up the PCMCIA slots
for network and modem connections. I see USB to RS232 adapters
available but am wondering if anyone knows of any that supports
running in pure DOS.
Thanks for the input.
