I am upgrading to XP Pro SP1 and introducing a small network which includes
a NAT Router with a SPI firewall. I am considering what additional
protection I need on my individual PC's and trying to keep the cost down. I
have posted a couple of times here and have found the information very
useful.
Obviously I need AV protection but was wondering what other users feelings
were about the DiamondCS range of products and which are the most useful
bearing in mind I will have a hardware firewall What I like is that they
concentrate on what my situation requires most ie focusiing on malware
within rather than duplicating the hardware firewall's role
Do these eliminate the need an additional software firewall and are their
simiilar products I should be looking at also?
Thanks in advance for constructive comments

You should still run software firewalls on all the computers. You can
run SpyBot on every system also.
