the halting problem prevents us from being able to detect all possible
keyloggers so you cannot deploy a 100% effective preventative measure to
stop one from being installed after you get the computer, nor can you
guarantee the computer did not come with one pre-loaded...
you'll have to settle for slightly less than 100% protection...
either that or build the computer and all the software on it from
scratch without using any 3rd party software tools in the process...
