- AVG Virus Free ware

I dwnloaded AVG and installed, but I started having troubles with my
computer so I restored my system. Before I did I zip up the AVG file and
saved it to disk. Now, I can't unzip it so I dwnld again and it will not
except the id #. How can I correct this?

You said you restored your system. Was AVG installed on the
system that you restored, at any point? You should try
cleaning out your registry.

Thanks for your response. I just got it going again. Instead of typing in
the serial number, I copied and pasted it from the email from Grisoft. So I
am good to go. Thanks.
