- AVG6 BootScan

AVG6's normal installation puts a call in autoexec.bat to AVG6's
bootup.exe. This scans the boot sectors on every system (Win98),
boot. Is it worth saving a few seconds by removing this call, and
putting a BOOTSCAN.PIF on the desktop to use bootup.exe whenever it
might be necessary? Boot viruses seem to be pretty rare lately.

I would think not, you never know when a new one will pop up.
