....but i can't find it..
My attachments etc in OE6 have decided to open up in Picture it Express so
some attachments open and some don't how do i change this setting ?

Some do and some don't? In other words, they have
different file extensions? You just need to set each file
extension to open with your preferred application, if
that's the case.

right click the file and choose "open with".
Browse to the application you want to open the file with.

If you 'always' want to open that type of file with that app,
check the box "Always Open With. Click OK.
