She has started her first (very low paid job) we are excusing her paying
board.
She want to start putting something away for a pension. being as the company
do not run a scheme and the private sector want guaranteed weekly
contributions, is it possible to put small amounts into some scheme where
you can put a bit away some weeks when you are flush, and skipping a week or
two when times are hard. without penalties?
