How can I restrict (eliminate) a user on a XP machine from using the
Internet? I run a small business and would like to set up a user
account for a particular employee so she cannot access the Internet.

If the XP machine is the Pro edition, then you can implement NTFS and set
file permission on IExplorer.exe by user account rights permission by user
account and prohibit the user from running IExplorer.exe or any other exe
for a browser.

If it's XP Home, you will not be able to go to the file level and set user
permissions on a file using NTFS. It can only be done at the folder level. I
have been told. I only use Pro.

Interent. I just want to disable Internet service when she is logged in as a
user.
