Nope. You neglect to mention if YOU are running the web server (and
if accessing it locally or externally) or if you have someone else
hosting it. If you are trying to access it externally from work to
wherever it is web hosted, maybe your employer is using WebSense or
other content-blocking software or service, and you are on their list
because that domain is blocked (they usually block by domain, not
sub-domains or hostnames). You also neglect to mention if you are
running any spam, anti-virus, or ad-blocking software. Some
anti-malware software includes ad-blocking, so you could be blocking
yourself. You provide no details of your setup for your web server or
how you are accessing it.

Have you checked your security settings or have you blocked certain
senders?

You are being investigated as a potential undesirable under the USA Patriot
Act. Your bank accounts are being frozen, and your telephone lines are being
monitored.
Do not run and do not try to escape, as this will only be interpreted as a
sign of guilt. Complaints will be interpreted as a sign of guilt. Obtaining

will be interpreted as a result of extensive training to avoid being
detected, and thus as a sign of guilt. Report your current whereabouts to
the local sheriff's office, and to the nearest field offices of the RNC, NSA
and FBI so this process can procede and conclude as smoothly as possible;
perhaps in a few years or so. Repent, and be ye born again.
