- Cable Internet Problems??

i keep having problems with my internet recently. i keep losing connection
and cannot acces the internet.
i have checked for a connection and i have one
i also have a ip address that looks to be correct
iv checked my firewall settings and these are also correct
the modem itself looks like it operating correctly
please help me if u can??
its so annoying having the net 1 minute and the next not having jack

That will bring up the modem diagnostics page.
Do it when you have a good connection and do a screen print.
Then do it when you lose the connection. Compare the readings.
If they're the same, the problem is computer related.
Check to see if the MTU and RWIN are optimized for your modem.

Make any recomended changes with their "DrTCP", reboot and test again.
