Cannot Connect to Websites

I seem to have lost the settings for connecting to the internet. I can't access any websites, I don't know how to solve the problem. Could anyone help me please

You need a screwdriver and tide all bolts behind your computer. But do not break the bolt! You must be very careful.

I can see the thread of the screw coming out of the front of the tower. Will that be tight enough to keep the webforming spiders in the box?

If you want to get help you need to give more info about your Internet connection, if this is cable, DSL or telephone line.
