How do I reset my email to recieve incoming mail I can sent out but not recieve

Assuming that you're using Outlook Express, open Tools > Accounts, and then go into the account's properties. Check to ensure that your incoming mail server name and user account settings are correct. If you can send and not receive, there's likely an input error there somewhere...

You will need to re-enter the incoming mail - pop server info...
To do this, go to your account edit box...
