I use CD STOMPER labels which come with excellent "CLICK'N DESIGN"
software. You spend couple of more dollars first time when you buy a kit
which comes also with label APPLICATOR. Than you buy labels only.

Stick on labels can end up lifting the foil on discs, which is bad as that
is where the data is written.

You can try going to Avery.com. they sell the paper but give the software
away
