Every time I clean up my pc I find a file called Certificate Revocation
list. I am just wondering what that is all about. I tried to find
something on Google but there's not much on this subject.. Can someone
explain what this document?/cookie?/file? is all about?

Why are you trying to clean your CRL? It's a list
of revoked certificates, kept and updated by your
system.
