When i log onto www.cegep-heritage.qc.ca/hc it always gives me this
crap about a certificate, so I always click yes and it lets me on , but
how do i make it leave me alone about that. Even if I click install
certificate it doesn't do a damn thing.

You need to email the webmaster of that site and tell them to fix it.
