On your toolbar; click on Tools > Accounts > News tab, and look at
the fields, there.
Under "Name" use a name that will be displayed as 'from'. Don't use
your email address.
Further down, enter the email address that you want to use. These
can (and will) be harvested by Junk-mailers; so disguise your address,
or make one up in the form of
(something)@(something).invalid.
Make sure you don't accidentally use a real domain (the part after
the "@") and cause spam to go to another address.
