A trick to get into the BIOS setup screens of unfamiliar systems is to try F2, F10, F12, ESC,
and DELETE. If none of them work, turn the machine off, turn it on, then run your fingers over
the keyboard continuously as POST runs. This doesn't always work, but often it makes the POST
logic think that there's a keyboard error, and it will invite you to go into the setup screens.

You may want to fiddle with energy management settings, or even better get
the dust bunnies out of your fan.

Little help here on your side, your trying turn off anything that
could shut you down. I can't tell how the above is set, just turn off
anything that claims to suspends, resume, or shuts down your computer.
If that fix's your problem then you can turn them back on one at a
time.
|>P.S. I am not using Battery!
Ya, so disable the power saving. the way it reads you enable it to
disable it.

1. Any tip: under which category should I search the tool?
2. Is it not free?

0786. No, it's not free. It's a hardware temp monitor w/display and fan
speed controller for up to 4 fans.

CPU Usage 90-95% and temperature 50C (Everest->Computer->Sensor) causes shutdown.
On the other hand, CPU Usage 30-45% and temperature 53C doesn't cause shutdown.
