- couple issues, different computers

Computer 1:
When sending an acceptance to a meeting on the calendar, the "accept"
reply is being sent multiple times. Any ideas why or how to fix? Is
this an issue from the sender or the replier?
Computer 2:
When sending emails with attachments, if you click "send" the screen
does nothing and the message is not sent. In order to send, you have
to save the email as a draft, then reopen and click send. Any ideas?
I've never seen this before.
