- Creative Zen Vision:M and Windows XP

Hi,
we are having a problem when we have installed the Zen Vision:M software on
our Windows XP computer.
The machine becomes extremely slow to the extreme. The program cannot be
shut down, we have to use ctr-alt-del. In short, it is impossible to use the
machine with the zen software installed.
Uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference.
Is anything known about such problems?
