Defrag problem.

Hi,
when i defrag, it just says summat about not having enough memory and to try
quitting som progs, i did and it said da same so i got dis prog dat runz it
straight after logon so dere's only about 3 progs runnin but it still comes
up wid summat about not having enough memory and to try quitting som progs!
My hard-drive iz in a state of chaos coz i haven't defragged for about a
year.
I am runnin a Win98 (i know it'z a bit old) and i have a 19 gig hard drive
(i know it'z very old) which iz about 3 quarters full.

Anyone help? Ta

Boot into Safe Mode and run defrag from there. To boot W98 into Safe
Mode:
