Is there a way to delete email without opening them? Please advise.

On the View menu, click Layout,
Uncheck "Show Preview Pane"> Apply> OK.

deletion boxes.Choose fewer
rules.In the Rules box change to The To Field.Change to the next box
across and change to,"Does Not Contain" and then in the far right box
put your email address.
This will delete them from your pop box as most
of these virus spam are not personal as you may think and they won't
have your return address.You can add anyone who you want to get
through to your,"Friends" list or blacklist others.
