My Dell Inprion 1100 see's my network with a air card and my regular
network card but does not see the network.

I have a dlink card plugged into my dell laptop. The signal strength
is full. All tests show the card is working right, yet I cannot surf
the net.

It does the same thing with the onboard network card.

Any ideas?
