- dram memory frequency

Just put a system together, was told to to fiddle with the voltage and
latency rather than leaving it in auto in BIOS
the memory voltage should be 2v, but it shows 1.936. change it or leave it
in auto?
Also the latency is as follows:
latency cas# 5
ras# to cas# delay 6
ras precharge 6
ras#activate to precha 15
Got two module of DDR2 PC2 6400 LL cl4 and the website says 4 4 4 12. Do I
replace?

you can manually change the latency on most mobos,some dram dont default to
advertised speeds
