- Posted by Tim Bell on March 5th, 2004
i haave a toshiba notebook running windows xp media center edition. drive d
is the cd/dvd burner. when trying to burn a cd from windows media player a
couple of messages will come up in the screen. one says "insert blank disc"
this comes up whether there is a disc in there or not. the other messsage
says "drive is busy". this happens if there is or is not a disc in the
drive. i also have a "drag and drop" recording program by easy systems of
japan that runs off the same drive. alot of time the drive will not say
there is a disc in there. how do i get past this? thanks in advance
