i am running windows millineum
my drive paths have changed and i did not change them
they won't let me open any of my regular programs
it won't even read removable disk to even reboot it
it will not let me into system restore
it will not let me into anything in the control panel access
in the run i have typed cmd/k path and it told me that it does not exist
i cannot get into my system variables to chang a path
help
