Is it worth the extra money to buy a card with DVI out for a flat TFT
Monitor ?? I use it mostly for internet pictures and DPI

Depend if you won't a better display on you monitor. Dvi means digital I.E.
display is much better. But saying that I've never had a TFT monitor. Ask to
see monitor running before you but as if the is pixels missing off monitor
some manufactures will not replace unless the is more than 5 or 6.that is
for a 19" it less for a 15" .so ask to test monitor before you buy It.
