I receive e-mail through outlook express via road runner cable. I will be
away from main computer for 3 months and would like to access my outlook
express e-mail in some manner I accessed the rr website but the e-mail I got
was rr e-mail and cannot seem to contact outlook express e-mail.

Have you thought about forwarding Email to something like your Hotmail
account? Then you can retrieve mail from anywhere on the planet...almost. If
you talk to the RR folks, they should be able to help you on this.
