- Encarta 2003 Plus doesn't save the pictures. Does anyone know Encarta?

Hi, I have tried an infinity of times to save a picture,
a geographical map with Encarta 2003 Plus but it doenn't succeed.
I have gone to Briefcase Notes where I have found again the saved map
but
from there is it impossible to save it with the copy/paste.
Why? What have I to do, please?
