I get the subject error message when I attempt to install "some" new programs,
but not all ...Only the newer stuff....for example; HP Software for an HP 5510 All in One
Printer-fax-copy combo. Running Home XP on an AMD 1500 Mhz in a Compaq Presario.
Two sessions with HP and they want to point the finger at Compaq. They attempted transfer
and the phone went dead
Can somebody point me to a solution (hopefully) or something to read
