I have onboard yukon gigabit ethernet.I have had it for over a year without
any problems till now.Its hooked to my linksys router and the light has
never turned off on the ethernet and its always on the network.The only
change i have made is i hooked up a new monitor to the dvi connector on
video card.Ever sice i hooked up monitor the light on ethernet stays off
and i have no internet.I looked in the bios and onboard lan is
enabled.Someone please help thanks.

Unplug the modem for awhile, plug it back in see it that helps.
