Internet Explorer 6
In explorer or My Computer if i even highlight a file that has been
downloaded ie MP3, jpg or MPEG explorer crashes out with a message as above.

I've uninstalled and re-installed explorer, repaired Windows run multiple
adaware,spyware, virus checks but it still happens - Its got to the point
taht i can't move or delete files -

Any ideas anyone - or if this is a well known problem can someone point me
to 'fix'
