file association

Hello, I have a Windows 98 machine. I forgot to take the "always open with"
option out of the file associations and now I have my DBX files always
opening with "wordpad" What default file association should I have for a DBX
file ? I cannot find a file association list that has DBX as one of the
choices.Thanks, parmour

Hi, I deleted the file association and now when I click on my drafts folder
it tells me I need to have a file association that will open the drafts
folder up. I have tried "wordpad" It opens it up but it is just a lot of
zeros mixed in with some legible words every once in a while. My Outlook
Express is working ok and brings these items up ok but my backup that I have
will not open up. It is a DBX file extension. Any more ideas ? Thanks, Phil

You don't open *.dbx files. OE does.
