Spybot - Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware?

Those are the best that you are going to get for free;
they are better than most that require you to put you
hand in your pocket/wallet.

Try Bazooka (do a google on bazooka spyware) very though but not automatic

I just don't know of any other to trust. Webroot SpySweeper gives a 30 day
trial. It's better than both.
