You need a bittorrent download'r I suggest http://bittornado.com/ as
it's adjustable.

How to download a bittorrent file:

Install bittorrent software http://bittornado.com/ small and free.

In your browser click on the file to download (in this case SR2) and
save it to disk (this file is just an info file for the bittorrent
software).

Goto the file you just download and double click on it.

The bittorrent software will load asking you where to save it to, save
it and the download will begin.
